Its Principal, Owen Davies, has over 25 years experience within the profession; in the commercial, industrial, retail, residential, leisure and defence sectors.
The Practice has the benefit of very experienced technical support, together with full professional indemnity insurance, but without the high overhead cost structure associated with other, larger firms. Therefore its fee structure is highly competitive, whilst maintaining a very high standard of service and professionalism.
The Practice has considerable expertise in all forms of building procurement, and in particular the many types of design / build, develop / construct methods.
